General Shipping

• Tooth & Bear ONLY ships within the continental US.
• Tooth & Bear does not sell to any customer under the age of 21.
• Tooth & Bear does not ship to Rhode Island, Utah, South Dakota, Maryland.
• Shipping and delivery time will vary depending on location and carrier availability.
• All orders will be shipped within 3 business days or purchase, a tracking # will be provided via email.

Return Policy

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the shipping cost if it is our fault (ie: you received an incorrect or defect item, etc.)
• You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This gives shipping time (up to 10 days) and a bank refund processing (up to 10 days).
• Cigars are a hand rolled product and as such require 14 days of acclimation; many factors play into why a cigar ends up damaged. Reach out, lets talk about it.
